Volunteer Opportunities

Grief & Bereavement

Volunteers hoping to join our bereavement support team will have opportunity to receive additional training in the areas of the following; one-to-one peer support, support group facilitation and assisting with memorial services and additional programming. All programs, events, and activities are meant to support our clients who are experiencing anticipatory grief or who have experienced the death of a loved one. We provide ongoing training, workshops and support for our wonderful team of bereavement volunteers. This could be your opportunity to use your personal experiences with grief and loss, combined with your training and professional experience to support others as they journey through their own grief.
