Virtual Memorial Service

Please join us for a time of remembering and support. With music, candle lighting and reading your loved ones names, together we honour their memory. To ensure everyone’s safety, we are hosting virtually this year. Instead of inviting people to gather in person, we will be filming the service and sharing it on our Hospice YouTube channel on Sunday, June 13, where it will remain for future viewing. We invite you to watch at home, as we light a candle for your loved one. Please join us and light a candle from your home as well.

Please note, the video will be public on our YouTube channel, when deciding if you want your loved ones name read aloud. Visit our YouTube Channel on June 13, 2021 at 2pm to view the Memorial Service. The video will be called ‘Hospice Simcoe Memorial Service, June 2021’.

If you would like your loved one’s name read aloud at the service, please be sure to RSVP with their name by June 1, 2021.
